Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our client base within the advisory services sector. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. They will possess a strong understanding of advisory services and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Identify and prioritize target clients within the designated market segments for advisory services.

2.Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.

3.Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders through effective networking and engagement efforts.

4.Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for growth.

5.Collaborate with the advisory team to tailor solutions that address the unique needs and challenges of prospective clients.

6.Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to showcase our capabilities and win new business.

7.Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and qualification to contract negotiation and closure.

8.Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

9.Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

10.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

2.Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the advisory services industry.

3.Strong understanding of advisory services and the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

4.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

5.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

6.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

7.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

8.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

9.Willingness to travel as needed.

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - sales skill with 1+ years experience
