Responsibilities Lead a team of software developers in all phases of software products development and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met on time and within budget. Implement agile methodologies and best practices for software development. Regularly communicate with customers on development progress, requirements, issues, etc. Develop and maintain software development standards, processes, and procedures. Ensure high-quality software is delivered by the team by implementing testing and quality control processes. Manage and prioritize the team's workload and resources to ensure project deadlines are met. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to help them grow their skills and advance their careers. Act as a techno functional manager and stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in software development. Generate required reports for management and customers. Highlight risks at early stages and come with mitigation plan for same.
