Roles and Responsibilities: A minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager for SaaS solutions. Should have experience in leading multiple cross functional agile software development teams. Scoping and defining project/program roadmap, milestones and timelines. Managing and mitigating risks and issues. Defining the project governance (controls). Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies. Managing and utilizing resources across projects. Managing stakeholder engagement and communication. Managing the project documentations Mandatory Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication Good knowledge of Agile project management methodologies and techniques. (Scrum, Kanban, XP) Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in cross functional teams. Strong leadership and management skills Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems. Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel. Project management qualification (PMP, CSM) or equivalent (Good to have).
