Description:
- Responsible for leading social media and content strategy for the organization
- Own the planning, strategy and publishing schedule for content through all platforms
- Responsible for building brand authority by publishing relevant, original, high-quality content for all channels, with key focus on digital media
- Own and implement online content and campaigns calendar for the year driving growth in web traffic, organic and paid acquisition
- Develop large and active communities that are engaged on website and social media
- Oversee and manage all organic posts and paid campaigns on social
- Inspire fresh ideas, topics and themes for content that resonate with our target audience
- Build, leverage and expand the network of influencers, bloggers and publishers
- Collaborate with business leaders on respective roadmaps for digital marketing
- Lead and manage the online reputation, customer advocacy and reviews funnel
- Lead all editorial responsibilities for the organization
- Measure, analyze and report ROI, including traffic, audience growth, engagement, reach, leads and sales
Key Qualifications:
- 9 to 12 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 4-7 years in a social media role
