Job Description

  • Recruitment and selection of sales workforce PAN India
  • Induction/Orientation. Drive Training and Development initiatives
  • Organization Structure design. Role design. KRA/KPI and goal design
  • Design appropriate HR Policies, Systems and Practices including SOP for HR
  • Design performance management. Conduct appraisal meetings. Performance feedback
  • Design of reward and recognition programs
  • Design of incentive schemes
  • Compensation management
  • Skills/competency identification and development for sales workforce. Succession planning for key positions
  • Analyze trends and metrics of sales people
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
  • Work closely with management and sales employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
  • Drive employee engagement programs
