Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the human resource functions of our digital marketing agency in Ahmedabad. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR policies and admin operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support the company s goals and objectives.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to ensure top-quality talent is hired and on boarded efficiently and effectively.
Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills required, along with the ability to engage in meaningful negotiations and resolution.
Experience in using HRM software for recruitment and employee database management.
Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs to foster a positive work environment and increase employee satisfaction.
Develop and manage the HR budget, including payment cycle, benefits, and other administration.
Maintain utmost confidentiality with the salary data and other documents as well.
Collaborate with senior managers and partners to identify HR needs and implement effective HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping and reporting on HR-related matters.
