Job Summary:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies to support the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and organisational development. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to create a workplace environment that promotes employee engagement, productivity, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with the company's values and goals. Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting and candidate screening to final selection and onboarding.
2. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner. Implement policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment and adherence to company values.
3. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, regular feedback, and performance reviews. Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
4. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards. Regularly review and update policies to remain compliant with relevant employment laws.
5. Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Organise events and activities that promote team building and a positive company culture.
6. HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilise HR analytics to track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of HR programs. Generate regular reports on HR metrics for leadership review. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus. Proven experience of at least 4 years as an HR Manager, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
