- Interacting with the factory and getting timely updates on all orders
- Effective communication with the customer service team to ensure on-time production.
- Arranging fabrics and materials on time concerning delivery timeline.
- Visiting the factory to check on the production of all orders whenever required.
- Managing logistics of samples and catalogs for customers.
- Maintaining a list of orders and updating it on every step of production.
