Job Summary

Role & responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's goals and objectives.


  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, background checks, and coordination of orientation sessions.


  • Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees, ensuring compliance with exit procedures.


  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRIS) in an accurate and timely manner.


  • Ensure all employee documentation, contracts, and records are up to date.



Preferred candidate profile


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
