Designation - Regional Manager Sales Routine Diagnostics
Education Qualification: BSc. Science Graduate, BE, BTech
Experience: 10 to 12 Years Relevant Experience
Locations: Ahmedabad and Kolkata
Job Responsibilities:
Lead the sales team for the assigned regions to maximize business and profitability
Driving team performance and support them in closing sales and achieving set targets
Planning manpower and hiring new recruits to build strong sales team well trained in promotion and client acquisition
Monitor sales calls and ensure team follows the company standards of customer service and sales procedures
Conduct team review meetings to understand progress and motivate team to meet sales revenue
Support in cost budgeting, forecasting new markets, client management, negotiations and payment follow up
Submission of sales reports and other information to HO periodically
Qualification : BSc. Science Graduate, BE, BTech
