Job Summary
  • Develop and execute sales plan and strategies for the North American market (50M -1B in revenue and below)
  • Manages the sales process from prospecting to qualification to close through diligence
  • Develops and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients within the territory
  • Creates demand and continuously seeks out opportunities
  • Independently calls on mid to senior-level executives to generate sales
  • Develops and manages a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Maintains CRM and coordinates Tridhya resources to execute sales stages
  • Performs account planning with GSH
  • Assesses client s needs & teams with presales to produce practical sales proposals Attends and participates in industry conferences and events
  • 8-10 years of Business to Business solution/technology services sales
  • Knows and understands the latest technologies
  • Rolodex/DB of his/her own to leverage
  • Hunter mentality. Is not happy as an order taker or account manager
  • Knows and understands how businesses run and the challenges they face
  • Ability to probe into business areas to expose challenges
  • Proven experience selling to IT at the Manager level and above
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Can travel as needed
  • Expert listening and needs analysis/diagnosis skills
  • Excellent oral (English 8/9 of 10) and written communication skills Outstanding presentation skills
