Job Summary
- Develop and execute sales plan and strategies for the North American market (50M -1B in revenue and below)
- Manages the sales process from prospecting to qualification to close through diligence
- Develops and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients within the territory
- Creates demand and continuously seeks out opportunities
- Independently calls on mid to senior-level executives to generate sales
- Develops and manages a pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Maintains CRM and coordinates Tridhya resources to execute sales stages
- Performs account planning with GSH
- Assesses client s needs & teams with presales to produce practical sales proposals Attends and participates in industry conferences and events
- 8-10 years of Business to Business solution/technology services sales
- Knows and understands the latest technologies
- Rolodex/DB of his/her own to leverage
- Hunter mentality. Is not happy as an order taker or account manager
- Knows and understands how businesses run and the challenges they face
- Ability to probe into business areas to expose challenges
- Proven experience selling to IT at the Manager level and above
- Self-starter and team player
- Can travel as needed
- Expert listening and needs analysis/diagnosis skills
- Excellent oral (English 8/9 of 10) and written communication skills Outstanding presentation skills
