What You Will Do
We are hiring a salesperson to build on our current success and to expand our footprint in the market. This person will report to the CEO and be responsible for developing and implementing TrellisSoft s sales playbook and strategy, and to directly bring in and manage relationships with new clients. Initial focus will be on the telecommunications, financial services, high tech, and healthcare verticals.
What You Will Accomplish
This role will be responsible for:
- Securing at least five (5) additional clients within the first twelve (12) months
- Closing at least $1.5M in recurring revenue within the first twelve (12) months
- Developing TrellisSoft s sales playbook
How you will Succeed
The successful candidate will work with the CEO to:
- Land and expand new accounts in the targeted verticals
- Develop and implement a sales playbook
What Specific Experience You Bring to the Team
The successful candidate will have:
- At least five to seven years experience as an account executive
- Experience in at least one of the targeted segments (telecommunications, financial services, high tech, or health care)
- Proven high performer (100%+ of quota in multiple years) in a startup environment
- Excellent oral and written communication and client management skills
What Additional Qualifications You Might Have
Additional preferred qualifications include experience with relevant sales tools and either Triangle Selling, Miller Heiman, or Sandler sales training.
