Key responsibilities Attend to customer requests for information on RFIs and RFPs completion. Determine, resolve and communicate technical and business presales issues to presales management. Demonstrate to leverage best practices and offer insight into client business and industry verticals. Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department. Qualify and help close sales opportunities. Engage in product training to maintain high product knowledge. Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers' demands. Candidate with banking and telecom domain preferred. Candidate with International / Onsite experience preferred. Required Skiils Should have worked as Technical Presales for at least for 5+ yrs.
