Job Summary Responsibilities:

As an Individual Contributor (60%)

  • Identify opportunities for development of new products and solutions (15%)
  • Create solution concepts, mock-ups, POCs and MVPs (35%)
  • Support Product Development and Engineering teams with relevant expertise (15%)

As a Team Leader (40%)

  • Build a small team of specialists; delegate and supervise work (20%)
  • Mentor future SMEs and emerging technical talent (20%)

Education and Experience: Track record of developing and deploying at least one successful AI/ML solution with measurable business impact.

  • Engineering degree with 10+ years of relevant experience (or)
  • Master s degree in Analytics, AI/ML with 5-10 years of relevant experience (or)
  • PhD in related area with 2+ years of relevant experience
Role You will lead AI Application development, which is one of the four capability areas in Innovation Studio. You will report to the Head of Innovation and frequently work with the Chief Operating Officer and other leadership team members. As the leader of this area, you will blend deep expertise in AI and Application Development with an innovation mindset to create powerful business applications.
Qualification :
Engineering degree, Masters degree in Analytics, PhD

5 to 10 Years
