Job Summary

As a Creative Designer / Business Presentation Designer, with Olam GBS, you would be working closely with the business groups/ stakeholders/ leadership from globally distributed locations/ cultures and the Olam Brand Team, with effectively visualizing / packaging a concept / creative asset.
The role involves developing compelling marketing & socializing collaterals and corporate presentations from conceptualizing, visually packaging the raw content / information through delivery, for print / digital media [print collaterals, flyers, brochures, posters, social media assets, etc.]

Job Description

• Design and develop marketing & socializing collaterals [print/ digital] and business presentations from ideation/ conceptualizing through development of the theme(s) with the content / information from the business/ requestor.
• Independently develop/ work on marketing & socializing collaterals and corporate presentations [business presentations, marketing collaterals, infographics, flyers, brochures, posters, social media banners/ posts, etc.].
• Interpret a business ask around a design request from the business groups/ stakeholders/ leadership and convert complex information to visually compelling concepts, compositions, and themes.
• Ensure brand compliance and alignment with the defined guidelines with performing quality check.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively within a team with flexibility to adapt to the changing dynamics and business needs.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments; with adhering to the defined quality and delivery timelines.

Profile Description

• Experienced in having worked with Offshore Marketing Design / Pre-sales teams / in-house creative design teams.
• Understanding of the brand / the related guidelines and aligning the assignments with the same.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite [PowerPoint, Word, Excel]. Ability to use the tools and functions in MS PowerPoint including animations.
• Fluent in designing icons, clip art, smart art, graphs, charts, infographics, etc.
• Strong visualization and conceptualization skills / adapting to current design trends and skills.
• Ensure quality of the assignments with adherence to brand guidelines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good team player and have demonstrated flexibility in varied crises situations/ peaks.
