Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-channel sales strategy to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • TLC Tech Adoption @ the Hotel - Ensuring training and use of our tech products within external and internal teams.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Identifying opportunities to market the Programs.
  • Identifying opportunities to generate Promo codes and various market opportunities.
  • Product promotion to department heads, etc. of client teams - benefits, use, applicability, training, etc. to create ongoing interest and opportunity.
  • Leveraging technology and digital initiatives with local hotel teams (under guidance from TLC Marketing).
  • Organic posts + participation in events.
  • Visibility - collaterals, displays.
  • Wedding and conference hashtags.
  • Reporting and involvement of hotel teams in the above three points on every initiative taken to ensure ongoing engagement.
  • Program marketing and creating partnerships through Direct Sales, Corporates, Hotels Sales, etc. Also responsible for garnering data opportunities.
  • Utilizing various Partnership Opportunity Tools like curated memberships, digital campaigns, promo codes, etc.
  • Managing Sales Managers - Recruiting, training, oversight, and presence in the hotel. Also, responsible for renewal conversion and new sales per person.
  • Contact Centre Management - Recruiting, training, team oversight, and performance.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales of software services, preferably in hospitality technology or a related industry.
  • Fair to strong knowledge of the hospitality industry, including hotel operations, guest services, and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the sales and training of hospitality technology solutions, such as property management systems, point-of-sale systems, guest experience platforms, or related products.
  • Strong tech/digital background will be an added advantage.

Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
