  • Exceptional command over English to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable client emails.
  • Responsible for promptly responding to client emails regarding reported issues and queries.
  • Collaborating with clients for ongoing issues and product training, as well as coordinating internally with the development team.
  • Facilitating communication andcoordinationwith teams in theUS and UKto address client issues.
  • Conducting onlineWebEx meetingswith clients to troubleshoot issues.
  • Preparing client environments locally, includingVMsetupswith similar configurations, and testing/replicating reported issues and scenarios.
  • Testing patches and hot fixes in a local environment.
  • Engaging in in-house support tasks, such as database updates and preparing weekly reports.
