No. of vacancy: 5Eligibility Criteria: 1. Candidates must have graduated with a minimum of 50%.2. Must be ready to work in the team.3. Must have the ability to work without guidance. Primary Job Functions:1. Provide telephonic/internet/physical supportof the products used by clients across the Globe.2. This will involve installation, training, Service, configuration, first-line application support, investigating customer escalations, and troubleshooting ofSoftware. Has to visit/travel to client locations also.3. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.4. Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.5. Test current products and identify deficiencies.6. Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and suggest actions for improvement.7. Has to provide guidance to clients on function, usage, and operation of products.8. Possess an excellent level of product knowledge.9. Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.10. Convey customer feedback to development staff.11. May perform pre-sales technicalsupport duties including assisting the sales team with the preparation of proposals and customer demos.Required Skills: 1. Should have good computer basic and MS Office knowledge.2. Shouldbe a good listener and really understand a customer problem or question and help them to solve out.3. Excellent communication skills.4. Excellent telephone mannerisms. Supportwill be provided over the phone/Internet/physical.5. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to replicate, diagnose, and resolve problems.6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.7. Works with developers to communicate issues and request changes or enhancements to the software.8. Provide timely reports back to Project Management regarding progress on specific assignments.9.
