Job Summary

Must have experience in fillingIT-related positionslike Web Developer (WordPress, Laravel, etc.), Android Developer, React Native Developer, UI/UX Designer, SEO Executive, etc. within the organization.
Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization.
Developing her own network of suitable candidates.
Executing recruitment plans efficiently and effectively.
Drafting and posting job descriptions.
Interviewing candidates.
Exit interviews.
Networking with various institutions and social media for recruitment purposes.
Payroll management.
Team management and communication.
Grievance handling.
Event management.
Performance management.
Must know how to draft formal emails addressed to employees as well as higher officials.
Must have a bachelor's degree in management (MBA preferred).
A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in HR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent record keeping.
