Job Summary


Responsibilities
Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightest
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Build a healthy pipeline by sourcing from Job boards like LinkedIn, Naukri, IIMJobs etc.
Work closely with the founders to maintain the predictive hiring pipeline across various senioritis and verticals
Develop a holistic training and onboarding system for smooth onboarding of the new-hires
Work with founders to create a feedback system to set monthly, quarterly and yearly goals across various functions
Be the one point of contact in the team for all things HR. You should be proficient with handling investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts

Skills
Preferred experience in end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Start-up hiring
Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates from a variety of sources, market intelligence, mapping, negotiating offers, and influencing decision-making.
Strong experience in stakeholder management
Experience in developing EVP, job role descriptions, and requirements
Ability to plan and execute recruitment strategy keeping a strong bar for candidate experience, diversity sourcing, and interview processes
Target driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with the ability to prioritize and work well in a highly competitive environment
