Job Summary Job Description
The person should have sound knowledge of Companies Act and listing compliances. The broad scope of work is as under: Filing ROC forms and returns, maintaining statutory books, registers, records under Companies Listing Agreement Compliance Secretarial Audit Preparation of minutes of the Meeting of the Board of Directors, General Meetings and Committee Meetings Preparation of Annual Report of the Company Director Identification Number (DIN) and Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Adept at managing various secretarial functions viz. incorporation of companies,filing all the statutory forms and returns, preparing various resolutions anddrafting notices and minutes as required under the Companies Act, 1956 Liasoning with RBI, SEBI, MCA, Banks & Financial Institutions Very important, the person should have very good writing and presentation skills.
