SOME BASIC KRA’S:

Performance Tracking and Optimization

Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan

Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC

Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels

Staying updated with the latest performance marketing trends and technologies

Performance-Based Advertising Models

Targeted Advertising - use audience segmentation and targeting techniques to ensure their ads reach the right people

Increasing website traffic, improving conversion rates, generating leads, or driving sales. By defining measurable targets, performance marketers can track progress and optimise their strategies accordingly.

Desired candidates:

You have prior experience in a similar role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels

You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience
