Job Description:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Expert with a minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving high-quality leads and optimizing PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve KPIs.

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target relevant audiences for lead generation campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and analytics to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing and PPC advertising.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on lead generation and PPC.

Proven experience managing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
