Job Summary

Developing new prospects for BPM and KPO Services Primary Focus ( Domestic) Study of Evolving Market Trends in the Outsourcing Industry ( India and Globally) Build and Maintain Competitive Intelligence about Competitors, New Contracts etc. Extensive Research and SWOT Analysis for identifying Prospective clients in India/Globally Planning Business Development strategies by identifying the decision makers and maintaining the Sales Pipe Line. Attend Marketing Events as suggested by the Company. Prepare prospects database across all verticals that the Organization will want to pursue. Prepare Telephonic sales pitch, Email templates, Presentations. Do cold calls, follow -up calls and send emails to prospects to sell the value propositions of the company, Set up conference calls and face to face meetings for front-end Sales VPs and Management. Responsible for RFP/RFI management, market research, transitions.

Minimum Requirements

Mapping the requirements and plan the approach of operations team, its resource capacity & verticals wise deployment to help quicken the business growth of the Organization. Generating business from the existing accounts and achieving higher profitability Daily, Weekly and Monthly Work Report through the CRM and Presentations based on the Company Guidelines. Desired profile of the candidate:Target oriented, comfortable working 6 days a week.
