Job Summary Designation: Business Development Manager Experience: 3 to 8 years Education: Any graduation or post-graduation. Location: Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Hyderabad. Requirements Should have completed a Bachelor s Degree. Proven track record of selling advertising services to leading brands and corporate organizations A strong network of contacts which you will use to develop new business opportunities and establish business relationships with top advertising and marketing agencies Great understanding of digital services and how they can benefit clients. Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high-profile clients. Have great proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills. Be a motivated and focused individual with great organizational and interpersonal skills. As Business Development Manager, you will Create development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections. Identify market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels. Meet existing and potential clients and build positive relationships. Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies. Prepare financial projections and sales targets. Attend events such as exhibitions and conferences. Prepare sales presentations and participate in sales meetings. Produce reports for management Train business developers and sales colleagues. Work in a client s business or in an office.
