Role: Business Development Manager at Mahindra Finance

Key Responsibility
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our client portfolio across diverse asset classes and sectors. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experiences and maintain high asset quality.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with clients across various stages of growth (from start-ups to established corporations), industries (logistics, fleet, last-mile mobility), and partnership types.
  • Strategic Engagement: Engage with CEOs and CFOs of target companies to understand their financial and operational needs proactively.
  • Customized Solutions: Design tailored and structured leasing solutions to meet specific client requirements.
  • Portfolio Development: Build and diversify the asset portfolio, including 3-wheelers, medium and heavy commercial vehicles (MHCV), electric vehicles, and specialized equipment.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner with OEMs, dealers, and intermediaries to expand market reach and increase the share of leasing opportunities.
  • Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end account management, including client negotiations, credit approvals, funding, and post-disbursement activities.

What We Value in Candidates:

  • Education & Experience: A postgraduate degree with at least 4+ years of relevant experience in the automobile sector.
  • Expertise: Proven experience in corporate sales (B2B), particularly in commercial vehicle financing, SME financing, or auto loans.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

Post Graduate in any discipline
