Job Summary
  • Work closely with the Founder to facilitate and execute strategic initiatives, propelling company growth and development.
  • Identify and explore new opportunities within the verticals outlined by the founder.
  • Work closely with the founder to analyse market trends, competition, and customer needs to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop strategies for product expansion, including adding new customers to existing products and introducing new products to the system.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align strategies with overarching company goals.
  • Strategically Planning quarterly and annual plans for the firm.
  • Personally assist the founder in various tasks and projects, providing direct support to facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • All such activities required for the role to function efficiently.
  • Exceptional presentation skills to effectively communicate complex strategies and ideas.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to think innovatively and explore new possibilities.
