Responsibilities

Active participation as a key member of the senior management team in the resolution of a broad range of business and general management issues, which will include long-range strategic and annual operating plans, Allocation of resources, Achievement of the company s overarching strategies and objectives
Reviewing, Recommending and Chasing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan and monitor and control for CEO reference
Supporting Business Development by providing important insights
Thorough study of proposals for New market entry: identify, investigate and develop opportunities for the company to enter new geographic, either organically or through acquisition
Ensuring execution of Station/ Project /Functional strategic planning projects that reflect organizational strategic priorities
Consistently provide insights to CEO, on the business implications arising out of market research and analysis
Developing inclusive planning processes. Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans
Preparing reports, presentations, spreadsheets and effectively filing correspondence
Technically assisting the Executive in reviewing all daily operations. Responsible for daily MIS reporting , Operations Budget Planning & Goal setting
Preparing Roadmap and General Business process flow
Analysis of daily MIS and giving summary report to the CEO. Involvement in preparation of Monthly progress Reports
Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans
Cary out the development of business cases including building financial modelling from scratch
