Job Summary

Position: Senior Specialist, Global Marketing Automation Admin (Ops)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketo administrator to join our team. In this role, you will manage the administration of the Marketo platform, ensuring the smooth operation of all marketing campaigns and backend processes. Your responsibilities will include data remediation, troubleshooting operational issues, supporting multiple platform integrations, and testing new module implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketo Platform Management: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of the Marketo platform for optimal performance. Establish standard operating procedures and maintain user permissions to ensure data security.

  • Integration Management: Manage integrations of Marketo with other marketing and sales tools, such as CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with development teams on new projects.

  • Strategic Planning: Implement marketing automation strategies that align with business objectives and marketing goals.

  • Data Integrity: Perform daily administrative tasks to maintain data integrity within Marketo and integrated CRM systems. Manage data imports, exports, and duplicates.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights based on data analysis.

  • Optimization & Innovation: Continuously monitor and optimize marketing automation processes. Stay updated on Marketo features and industry best practices.

  • Campaign Management: Innovate ideas to enhance lead scoring and customer engagement initiatives. Provide training and leadership to enhance team efforts and industry knowledge.

  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 3 years in Marketo administration.
  • Proven success in Marketo management and process improvement.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work with global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, Python, and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC), Sitecore, Hybris, Data and Marketing Cloud, and content operations software like Kapost or Wrike.
