As the Associate Technical Lead, you will be primarily responsible for the success of our customers by supporting their omni-channel digital banking applications. You will be subject matter expert on Temenos with strong knowledge on the custom application. You will have responsibility to mentor and coach highly skilled application support team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide technical support for Mobile Application built using Temenos mobile application development platform.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success and other delivery team to resolve & manage customer issues and escalations.
- Lead and mentor the support team and skilled technical professionals in technology leadership, problem solving and customer management.
- Design and implement client-side application solutions.
- Develop integration solutions between the product server-side components and customer systems.
- Be self-critical, questioning and committed to personal career growth and technical excellence of the team.
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Sciences with at least 9+ years of relevant experience in software development and Support.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills is required.
- Excellent Programming & debugging skills
- Experience in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience in Java, J2EE, JSP, RDBMS and Webservers
- Mobile or Web development background is preferred
- Experience in native mobile os like iOS, Android or Windows is preferred.
- Prior experience in Product/Application support is preferred.
- Should be able to deliver support to our global customer base.
