Improving the Customer experience, creating engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
Taking ownership of customer's issues and following problems through to resolution
Formulation of policies to make TeeStory.in a customer-centric brand
Training the team to go the extra mile to achieve customer delight
Be involved in strategic decision making
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities
Experience Required: 1-3 years at any Managerial level
