Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Manage department shared mailboxes in Outlook; distribute incoming emails to the appropriate person or team.

Create weekly and ad hoc reports in Excel for the management team.

Download credit memos from vendor websites or email and create internal RMA records for team to act upon.

Process both vendor and customer credit memos using multiple systems.

Communicate with vendors to obtain credit memos once approved items are returned or when intangible items have been approved for credit.

Understand and process subscription-based credits.

Track equipment returned to vendor and reach out to ensure proper processing of credit.

Communicate with internal teams (sales, logistics, billing, etc.) to resolve outstanding issues.

Review/research accounts payable issues (duplicate shipments, duplicate billing, etc.).

Analyze current processes to identify areas of improvement.

Required Skills:

Experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or Billing preferred.

Experience with accounting software SAP, Oracle, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics 365, AvidXchange, is preferred.

Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ability to perform vlookups and pivot tables.

Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Technology mindset; forward-thinking.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.

3+ years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, or similar specialty.

Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years
