- Following industry trends
- Maintaining customer relationship through client follow-up and responding to their queries.
- Update knowledge needed for job
- Lead generation from bidding portals mainly from Upwork and freelancer
- Lead generation from social media like Linkedin and Sales Navigator
- Writing business proposals
- Get requirements and primary requirement documents
- Follow up and mature prospects under guidance of BDM
- Client relationship management
