Job Description Develop and implement lead generation strategies to achieve business growth goals Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify target audiences and develop campaigns Utilise online research, social media, email campaigns, and other channels to generate high-quality leads Develop and manage a team of lead generation specialists to achieve weekly and monthly targets Analyse lead generation data to identify areas for improvement and optimise lead activities Monitor industry trends and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are effectively followed up and converted into sales Manage and maintain a prospect database Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist or similar role Strong understanding of the sales process and sales techniques Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and achieving lead generation targets Proficient in MS Office and CRM software Experience with online research and social media marketing Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Positive attitude and willingness to learn
