The Role

The Senior IT executive will assist users with computer hardware and software issues. You will be required to work on-site or via remote connection and assist with hardware installations, software upgrades, systems integrations, and IT related issues.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Knowledge of Windows/Linux/Mac OS environment
• Need to be expert in IT infrastructure, manage web infrastructure consisting of Windows/Linux Servers.
• Support the following technologies: Router and Switches, Linux Server Networking, LAN/WAN connectivity, configuration of firewall, managing Active Directory and others as required.
• Should have knowledge of Microsoft Azure/AAD/Intunes/o365
• Provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes.
• Deploy patches and upgrades, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities as required.
• Secures network system by establishing and enforcing policies, defining and monitoring access.
• Expert in solving the problem of Operating system,o365 and troubleshooting, backup, restore.
• Antivirus Installations and Maintenance.
• Maintain backups of configuration and data.

The Candidate

The ideal Senior IT Executive is passionate about working with and guiding IT teams working on IT tickets related to user issues, computer security, networking, cloud computing.

Key Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5 6 years of work experience in IT.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar field
• Knowledge of Microsoft office 365 suite/ Azure Active Directory/Microsoft Intune.
• Knowledge of LAN and WAN. Public and Private cloud
• Knowledge of Azure/AWS cloud.
• Virtualization: Hyper-V, Virtual Box
• Windows OS/Mac/Linux and Window Server

Bonus Skills

• Prior experience of working on MS Azure cloud
• Microsoft/Cisco certification
