Your Responsibilities:
Required to work predominately PST hours (10pm - 7am)
Handle order processing & fulfilment tasks on acquired company paper: Carbon Black, Velocloud, Velocloud Billing, Pivotal (Including any additional acquired companies) byensuring accuracy and alignment to all compliance guidelines including SOX and export regulations
Handle daily operational issues and drive for improvement
Understand as much as possible about acquired businesses day-to-day operations, workflows, organization structure of our Acquired companies
Interact with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required to support the order-to-invoice process
Help measure process capabilities and derive baselines for the KPIs
Help in meeting & improving the measurement and success criteria for key metrics
Help in assessing the health of the process capability and recommend solutions to simplify, standardize and scale our business processes
Provide and follow up on suggestions and ideas that enhance processes, partner experience, and simplicity of operations
Drive the collaboration efforts with GEO-counterparts to ensure adequate support provided
Participate in projects and initiatives related to quality, data migration, SKU testing and operational efficiency
Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires
Prepare and deliver presentations online
You Need:
4-6years experience in engineering or technical industry
Ability and motivation to work expertly in a multi-task environment, both independently and as part of a team
Ability to investigate and analyse problems using good judgment and determine solutions to resolve issues
Hands on experience on operational reporting and data analysis
Proven task management and prioritization capabilities
Ability to initiate process improvement plans and work towards change
Experience collaborating on projects and testing
Positive, collaborative approach and sound business insight
Ability to adapt to fast changing and dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work outside of standard office hours as per business requirements
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Good work ethic and sense of responsibility
You preferably have:
Good understanding of upstream and downstream processes
Experience in Enterprise SaaS Quote-to-Cash operations
Strong reporting and analytical skills
Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, NetSuite
Bachelors Degree
