Job Description
Our company is hiring Telemarketing Executives to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss our services and other work related to general contracting. We re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Place phone calls to potential clients from google databases
- Answer potential clients questions about our services or goals
- Generate between 5 and 15 sales leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates schedules
- Maintain computer, telephone and other equipment
- Refer customer complaints to service team
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
Qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales (lead generation preferred)
- 2+ years experience telemarketing a plus
- Excellent phone manner and articulation
- Results-driven
