JOB DESCRIPTION

The Home Loan Manager will be part of the Post Sales team and will be responsible for

Making inbound /outbound calls
Generate leads/prospects over the phone
Follow up with incoming leads
Coordination with sales team to ensure maximum walk in conversion
Maintaining accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis
Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client
Capture and update customer information accurately
Fixing appointments for the BD team
Excellent and effective communication in Marathi/Hindi
Good spoken English will be the added advantage
Meeting Daily targets given by sales manager
Generating leads with the given data
Good convincing skills
Females preferred. Males with good spoken skills are also welcomed
