Managing resumes received from all sources for future requirements.
Source potential candidates by advertising openings on social media, job boards and internally
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Scheduling Interview/ pre-screen candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)
Preferred Skill Sets:
Graduation/Post Graduation in Human Resource.
1 -2 years of experience in an Non-IT preferably in bulk hiring.
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills in English.
Analytical Skills.
Proficient in using MS -Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
Required - Bachelor's or higher education
Required - Located in Teamlease Chennai
Required - Good command over English,Telugu,Tamil
