This is Product Line Sales Manager role, reporting to Marketing & Sales Manager in Process Automation-Measurement and Analytics Business Area, based out of Bangalore as a primary location and Mumbai, Delhi as alternate locations. You will be primarily responsible for planning and execution of Product Line Sales strategy for Pressure and Temperature products of Measurement and Analytics Division. To achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for these products in a profitable way. Proactive development and coaching of the Sales organization to exceed the sales targets through high performance.
Your responsibilities
- Delivering profitable growth for the Product line. Exploring new segments and mining deep into existing accounts to increase market share.
- Creating and implementing customized sales plan across regions based on customer profile to create sustainability.
- Driving sales approach to Meet or exceed sales targets for the product lines and Implement improvement plans
- Coordinating the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, billings, orders, contracts.
- Supporting the development of strong relationships with key customers. Builds and maintains strong relationships with key decision makers.
- Ensuring achievement of sales volume and product mix targets by setting appropriate price and margin for sales.
Your background
- Engineering Degree in Electronics or Instrumentation.
- 10 15 years of experience in selling of Instrumentation products. Specially in Pressure and Temperature Products.
- Ability to understanding product range and Technology
- Understanding of P&L requirements and balance sheet.
- Leadership skills and ability to handle and grow product line sales by motivating and supporting regional sales teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical and excellent communication skills.
