Understanding customer's requirement on voice network.
Answering RFP's & strategically comparing Avaya solution with any competent vendor. Designing solution on Avaya products like S8710,S8700, S8500,S8300 media servers, IP Office, G700 & G650 gateways, Call Management Systems(CMS), Avaya's IVR (Interactive Voice Response) & Messaging Solutions like Modular Messaging, Intuity LX & IA770 using ASD (Avaya Solution Designer).
Pricing the above solution with labour cost & yearly maintenance Responsible for providing complete Pre-sales support to all Enterprise customers- Key accounts, SMEs and Government segment.
Providing, Designing and implementing complex network solutions for Voice, Data & VAS for Enterprise clients. Preparing response to customer RFP, RFQ, RFI, EOI on agreed time frame.
Technical and product related trainings to Sales as well as other teams on regular basis. Answering RFP's & strategically comparing Avaya solution with any competent vendor.
Designing solution on Avaya products like S8710,S8700, S8500,S8300 media servers, IP Office, G700 & G650 gateways, Call Management Systems(CMS), Avaya's IVR (Interactive Voice Response) & Messaging Solutions like Modular Messaging, Intuity LX & IA770 using ASD (Avaya Solution Designer).
Meeting with the customer & suggesting Voice Solution to them. Rich experience in call centre analytics, consulting and contact centre solution design and provide presales support.
Designed solutions across Avaya and Cisco portfolio. Knowledge on Unity Express, CME (Call Manager Express).Voip Gateway like SIP, MGCP etc
