Should be familiar with the most in-demand IT abilities.
Strong experience hiring OPT/CPT/H1-B/GC/USC individuals from job portals, universities, Networks, Social Networking sites, and other job boards.
Strong experience in hiring OPT/CPT candidates, US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1-B Visa holders, EADs.
Managing the recruitment process from start to finish until the consultant is hired.
Posting employment ads on university websites and other job boards.
