Job Summary
framework and Implement DWM practice across vertical. To handhold and support
the critical strategic/Improvement projects with the help of data analysis and bring
the continuous improvement culture in the Operations department.

1. Process Documentation

3. Continues Improvement:
4. DWM Implementation
5. Data Analysis
3: Key Challenges ( List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the positions )
1. Support Business Excellence partner on creating standards and practices
2. Support Vertical Wise Process Documentation to improve effectiveness of Processes
3. Manage process change/Revisions and standardize the processes.
4. Build Project Management framework.
5. Identify, support, execute and monitor improvement projects.
6. Support channel partners on continues improvement initiatives.
7. Conduct Quality training and share best practices across branches.
8. Facilitate successful kaizen and rapid improvement process events.
9. Support MMFSL branches/Vertical to implement Daily work management.
10. Monitor the DWM implementation and provide training to team.
11. Assessed DWM branches and develop substance practices.
12. Analyze large data set to get valuable insights and present it to Business leaders for
effective decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree (prefer MBA)Lean Six Sigma Project management Process improvement Process Documentation Data analysis (Tableaus) Business Intelligence
