Job Summary
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as updating the sales dashboards, monthly forecasting, funnel management & AR tracking
  • Sales Co-ordination: Collaborate with various cross functions such as marketing, logistics, finance, regulatory and compliance to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities with H.O.
  • Data Management: Follow up with the sales & marketing teams to update the CRM dashboards and ensure accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and other relevant data.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate with the Divisional Head to schedule monthly meetings, skip level meetings, managing calendar invites, organizing travel plan & expense management. Provide general administrative support to the support to sales team to resolve the operational challenges and ensure effective feedback mechanism.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process sales legal contracts, invoices, and other documentation accurately and manage vendor relationship for the marketing coordinates. Ensure timely submission for approvals.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a SPOC for external customer inquiries and provide timely feedback (responses) for better accountability.
  • Education Qualification

    • A bachelor s degree in any stream (preferably science background)

    Experience

    • Minimum 5 years experience in sales administration, customer service or related role preferably in healthcare
