Job Summary About the role The Agency Development Manager is a strategic and enthusiastic individual who puts media agencies at the core of everything we do. This is an incredible opportunity to build and manage key agency relationships, be a platform and product expert, and be the face of the company when it comes to agency stakeholders. Agency Development Manager Responsibilities: This person will establish and strengthen key agency relationships with a focus on driving revenue, client ROI, agency education and agency capabilities. The candidate will have deep knowledge of Zepto s platforms and marketing solutions and will need to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure we are meeting our partners' needs. Agency Development Lead Responsibilities Serve as an external product consultant educating agencies on Zepto's solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow the agency partnership. Develop and implement programs to improve agency capabilities and education through training, business reviews, and product updates. Identify, build and manage relationships with key agency partners across a range of disciplines (Executive, Analytics, Planning, Strategy, Commercial, Measurement). Work with the Agency Head to develop holistic business plans aligned with in-market needs. Work with Zepto s cross-functional communities (Product, Customer Success, Ad Ops) to develop an agency strategy to maximize growth and build partnerships that scale revenue. Manage and negotiate complex agency contracts to successful completion. What We re Looking For 4-8 years experience in handling media agency sales and/or digital media sales. Organizational and analytical skills. Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations Interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships inside and outside of Zepto. Understanding of media agency business models and experience working with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
Qualification :
BBA, MBA, Masters in Mass Communications
