Feedback from staff you are mentoring Successfully implementing improvements to practice and process Being clearly aligned with Gentrack s values, culture, and strategy Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities: Analysis of customer requests, solutioning and estimates Peer reviews solution artefacts Develops, maintains, deploys, and supports solutions developed through implementation life cycles Produces relevant documentation to assist with knowledge transfer Active participation in planning, stand-ups, estimation, retrospectives, and backlog grooming as appropriate. Establishes strong business relationships with customers Invest in personal training and development to maintain and advance your performance over time.
