We are currently seeking to hire Software Engineers to join our dynamic Anti Money Laundering (AML), Case Management and Fraud Detection R&D engineering team in Pune.

Responsibilities:

• Design of software feature(s) according to agreed architecture and requirements
• Implementation of software features according to design
• Planning and performing testing to ensure fit to design/requirements and automate
• Conduct code review
• Interface with various R&D groups and with support tiers
• Develop Innovative ideas to address complex issues or future functionality

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial/Electronic Engineering
• 7+ years of experience working in software Industry as a software engineer (developer)
• Bring a culture of Innovation to the job
• Development experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS, Java Server Pages, Java Server Faces
• Experience designing and developing scalable multi-tenant SaaS-based solutions

• Familiarity and/or experience with public cloud infrastructure and technologies such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Engine, or Azure
• Development experience with RESTful API driven architectures and products
• Experience working in and driving Continuous Integration and Delivery practices using industry standard tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes and Artifactory
• Experience working in an Agile methodology development environment and using work item management tools like JIRA

• Experience working on Anti Money Laundering, Case Management or Fraud Detection products will be an added advantage

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews
• Development experience with workflow engines
• Development experience building solutions that leverage SQL and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with User Authentication and Authorization systems a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, good communication skill
• Ability to work with and take direction from remote US based teams
