What can you expect? Project Resource Management: Leads the End to End Resource Onboarding, Management and Budget Governance Develop and mentor project managers and other project team members to defined standards for resource governance and tracking Project Portfolio related Administration in PlanView tool Coordinate the production of Project Portfolio Reports and dashboards for our Clients Tech CIO, Senior Directors Maintain Rigor on Timesheet Governance for IT roles Financial & Budget Management: Coordinate with Tech IT Budget planning & tracking process for our clients Maintain and ensure governance for IT Budgeting & Forecasting Acts as a leader accountable for financial accounting and client satisfaction Practice Development: Work closely with senior stakeholders in Our Clients IT and manage internal projects, initiatives to drive transformation across the organization Use and continuously improve standard process and achieve productivity improvements through application of repeatable best practice methodologies and optimum resource management. Champions teamwork and knowledge sharing; contributes to the project management community, methodologies and best practices. Ensures effective execution and management of projects in the large Tech project portfolio Securing and developing a well-established project management governance incl. gate approval of projects and setting directions for project controls. Evaluate our Clients IT processes and internal controls to identify gaps and risks Creates and maintain a reporting framework that provides relevant information & status of current audits, remediation of audit findings, annual audit calendar, audit plans & associated RACI matrix, audit related issues etc. Drives continuous improvement in the global organization. Promotes synergies and the share of best practices Coordinates with senior management on innovation forum of various technologies thus generating greater client value Collaborates with the senior management in defining IT strategies for effectively implementing multiple large scale projects in compliance to project delivery schedules and other SLA parameters
