Supplier Quality -AQ role for PV EV with Part Development role in the area of EV Power Train Parts, Should work in Match Trio Approach like Purchase, ERC & AQ.
Position Summary:-
Drive RFQ to Part Delivery through standard APQP Part Development Process, advance tech & supplier evaluation & induction, localization, drive holistic cost optimization efforts, own up responsible for overall SQ-AQ deliverable.

Relevant Work Experience minimum 5+ years,
Technical Skills Sound understanding of Part Development Process for various category of Electrical, Castings , Rubber, Plastics & Sheet metal Parts. VAVE, Should costing, Engineering development, Project management, ECN process, New program Delivery. Testing & Validation.

Job Description
1. Advanced tech & supplier evaluation and ability to understand need of the program via RFQ, CTR & Quality File, evaluate various technology option and work with various stake holders to drive objective decision making
2. Able to take broader view and owning the P&SQ deliverables of overall program, work with key stakeholder and representing P&SQ in various forums by becoming brand ambassador for P&SQ
3. Able to understand the Strategic aspect of P&SQ and able to strike balance between short term and long term requirements and strategize techno-commercial requirements by working with multiple stakeholders.

4. Drive localization and achieve targeted localization of value addition
5. Work with Test Agency team on various DVP matter requiring P&SQ participation
6. Lead Supplier Technical Reviews and able to work with internal & external stakeholders to drive objective discussion & decision making
7. RFI/RFQ Management / Supplier Nomination
8. Cost Management/ Cost Estimation / Price negotiation & Settlement within Target Cost/ Cost Reduction
9. Knowledge of Software & Software testing to integrate EV Power Train Parts with TML Architecture must.
10. New Product Development: Gen3 process knowledge, Proto Development, Part Testing, Production Development, PPAP - Tooling, Fixture and Gauges development to meet SOP
11. Capacity management Planning & Signoff / Supplies Ramp up Management
12. Knowledge on tool capitalization & Tool life monitoring to strive for best delivery
13. Monthly Supplies management till Handover to SCM team
14. Derisking Supply chain- Alternate Sourcing / De Bottlenecking
15. Supplier Quality Enhancement , Supplier Evaluation , Supplier Quality improvement management
16. Finalizing Packaging & Logistics Proposals between Supplier & Plant
17. Domestic & IB Warranty & Service strategy and exection for EV aggregates
18. Knowledge on Sixsigma for structured problem solving to solve chronic developmental & warranty problems. 19. Working knowledge of PMSM, Induction Motor development and Knowledge of Motor Control Unit along with SW development for integrated unit.
20. Gear Box Development knowledge for Single Speed, Sing Speed Two Stage Reduction Gears & Child part integration should be important.
21. Should be knowledgeable on PMSM Thermal, Structural Simulation & Gear box CAE Simulations
22. MCU SW. Application SW, Functional SW & UDS Development knowledge and testing knowledge must.
23. NVH at aggregate level like Gear Box, Motor & Integration of all
24. Should know Motor Efficiency & Inverter Efficiency and improvement scope for the same.
25. Should know Technology Road Map for Power Electronics like Si, Sic in MCU & 400 to 800 V IGBT etc.
