- Will head the HR Department and report to the Senior Management- Devise and Implement HR policies and practices- Human Resource development, training, employee engagement initiatives- Recruitment, HR Compliances, HR administration- HR budgeting, HR Strategy and operations
CANDIDATE
- 10-15 years in HR, in a reputed educational institute- Prior experience in an International School would be preferred- Should be a MBA HR or PG- Currently heading the HR or handling a senior management role in HR- Excellent communication and leadership skills
SALARY : 12-14 LPA
